It completely slips from their mind that they have to go for their check-ups or important doctor’s appointments; which clearly shows how much people care about their health and well-being. It’s a drastic comparison as to how people back then used to live, as they made it a point to prepare their food at home which is why they never fell sick or had to be admitted to a hospital for anything serious.
